From Day 1 I was welcomed by a very handsome, well dressed well-spoken gentleman by the name of Mr.Don him and his whole staff made it there priority to ensure the glasses fit perfectly No matter it took to make sure that your eyes are protect it and sealed and covered from all Tim's Hortons croissants and debris. They made several adjustments to my glasses to ensure that they were very comfortable and made sure that i could see clearly no matter the conditions. And I want to say that Highly recommend Brantford optical On King George Brantford, Ontario to Anyone thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I will always let everybody know about this Establishment that they are the best in the whole GTA.

My new dog chewed up my glasses and I was in an SOS situation as I'm blind as a bat .

I'm not a patient of Brantford Optical , but I couldn't be happier with my experience . They instantly told me they could help me with out breaking the bank , and went to search for a pair of frames they could fit my lenses into. One of the employees was leaving for the day , and he actually came back to cut my lenses into the frames I chose !

We had great conversation, talked all about dogs and the crazy of the world , and 20 mins later I walked out being able to see again !

Took my friend in today to see if they could help us with her broken frames. They helped out tremendously! Not only did they help get new frames but were incredible about everything. The one gentleman was done work and even came back in to help.

I visited Brantford Optical to get my glasses fixed and had a great experience! The optician Aman was very polite, professional, and quick to help. She repaired my glasses on the spot at no charge. Excellent service and friendly staff—highly recommended!
