“Excellent staff!! Don and his team are professional, knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else. We had the privilege of working with Don (the owner) and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our glasses. My husband and I were getting 3 pair each. I had an issue with one of my prescriptions that I had received elsewhere. Don took care of it and corrected it immediately, while I waited. He explains everything thoroughly and will always make sure you’re happy before you exit his store. All of the staff are caring, pleasant and friendly. Honestly, this is the best eyeglass store in Brantford. I do google reviews all the time when a business goes over the top. If the business deserves 4 or 5 star, I give it.

Their selection is huge and was very impressed with their attention to detail and quick friendly service. They have a personal touch and caring advice to say which glasses look good on my face and which ones don’t. I never knew that a face could be perfectly symmetrical. They definitely have a trained eye for style. Highly recommend the store on King George Road in Brantford.”
